As part of the outreach efforts, a new Shrimad Rajchandra COVID and Vaccination Awareness Van was inaugurated by Shri. R. R. Rawal – Valsad Collector and Ms. Arpit Sagar – Valsad D.D.O.

Volunteers will use this van to conduct door-to-door awareness drives across the 238 villages in the Dharampur and Kaprada areas. Through this initiative, the team will spread awareness about the symptoms of COVID, conduct rapid antigen tests for early detection and also encourage people to come forward for timely vaccination. Cases requiring further specialised medical attention will be referred to Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital COVID Care Centre.

This initiative will help reduce the burden of fear, myths, and misinformation related to COVID prevalent in these areas, and will encourage testing, early treatment and vaccination.
