Johnson & Johnson Institute Conducts Special Training at Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital and Research Centre

Impressed by the charitable work of Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital and Research Centre, a team from The Johnson & Johnson Institute recently held a training session for the surgeons and staff of the hospital. The Johnson & Johnson Institute is the training wing of Johnson & Johnson, a multinational corporation in the field of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer goods.

To share their years of expertise in healthcare, they chose Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital and Research Centre as the first site in Gujarat for their training programme. They covered essential aseptic protocols for wearing surgical gowns and scrubbing, as well as the proper techniques for handling sutures and hemostats. In addition, senior surgeons had the opportunity to learn with an endo trainer, a device used for laparoscopy training.

Constant upskilling with the best trainers and resources is what makes our medical staff remain cutting-edge. These training sessions significantly contribute to the hospital’s mission to provide top-quality healthcare to the rural community.
